Said Nassar is an international business engineer, CFA charterholder and university lecturer whose work connects engineering, international business and financial markets.
His double-diploma education at Lebanese University in Roumieh and École Centrale combines civil engineering with international business engineering. This background gives him a practical lens on real estate and real assets: how projects are built, how capital is allocated, and how costs, financing and risk shape long-term value.
He passed all three CFA Program exams on his first attempt within 18 months, earning very high scores. He also teaches blockchain and cryptocurrencies at Université Saint-Joseph, bringing a clear, structured approach to complex subjects.
As co-owner of Nassar Gold Refinery, Said brings direct gold industry experience to his financial education work. He founded MoneyTalks in May 2024, connecting Bitcoin, gold, stocks, real estate and the wider economy to the questions behind the headlines.
